monit-debuginfo - Debug information for package monit

This package provides debug information for package monit.
Debug information is useful when developing applications that use this
package or when debugging this package.

Packages

- Tweak configuration defaults: include /etc/monit.d/*, log to /var/log/monit
  and set daemon time to 60s
- Don't use $desc in initscript
- Add patch to search for monit.conf by default (#475044)
- Add patch to remove redundant startup message
