GSM 06.10 compresses frames of 162 13-bit samples (8 kHz sampling rate, i.e. a frame rate of 50 Hz) into 260 bits; for compatibility with typical UNIX applications, our implementation turns frames of 160 16-bit linear samples into 33-byte frames (1650 Bytes/s). The quality of the algorithm is good enough for reliable speaker recognition; even music often survives transcoding in recognizable form (given the bandwidth limitations of 8 kHz sampling rate). The interfaces offered are a front end modelled after compress(1), and a library API. Compression and decompression run faster than realtime on most SPARCstations. The implementation has been verified against the ETSI standard test patterns.YUwbuildvm-armv7-20.arm.fedoraproject.orgFedora ProjectFedora ProjectMITFedora ProjectSystem Environment/Librarieshttp://www.quut.com/gsm/linuxarmv7hl A큤A큤YUwYUwYUwYRYDOƒYR@YUwIŜ95e82fd7a0cc45485f3415c2133e5509f0776f83e7c19272436231c44cc731aa6076ba4c7f91517d0dc56a249cd6454cd6bc9bbf71a30e00a6bb89b983087b8cfccbe9ec3787c9c49f97e1ef0e3d3386aae50a4ed00ed98431b2b7f88304d39531856eee76c7e2d0a8d93d43e3debd1b5380f04c9f713551917cb9ad432d6daa81c68a3374937ed9b5e4929c709e81a2c4b35b5d1f450ecf8c473e2daea46ff6libgsm.so.1.0.17rootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootrootgsm-1.0.17-1.fc25.src.rpmgsmgsm(armv7hl-32)libgsm.so.1@@@@@@ @/sbin/ldconfig/sbin/ldconfigld-linux-armhf.so.3ld-linux-armhf.so.3(GLIBC_2.4)libc.so.6libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.4)libgcc_s.so.1libgcc_s.so.1(GCC_3.5)rpmlib(CompressedFileNames)rpmlib(FileDigests)rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix)rpmlib(PayloadIsXz)rtld(GNU_HASH)3.0.4-14.6.0-14.0-15.2-14.13.0.1YTX6@VUa@SGSQQPpPONMRKQ@Jp9Jn@Jn@Ji@I@G8Fk@FFFFDZF"E&E@E@DD;@B@BG@A?@@Dw@@Dw@?c?[?@?>@>@Dominik Mierzejewski 1.0.17-1Dominik Mierzejewski 1.0.16-1Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-14Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-13Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-12Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-11Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-10Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-9Jaroslav Škarvada - 1.0.13-8Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-7Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-6Jaroslav Škarvada - 1.0.13-5Fedora Release Engineering - 1.0.13-4Dominik Mierzejewski 1.0.13-3Jeffrey C.
